Summary: Great lake views. Free perks like s'mores, breakfast, snacks and watersports. Staff were excellent. The property needs a little TLC. Some broken fixtures, dehumidifier running constantly in the room, some of the walking paths are not safe for those young and old.

Summary: Highly recommend Silver Birches, we can’t wait to plan another trip back! The staff went above and beyond to make dinner reservations for us, provide a shuttle to dinner, and provide activities and breakfast which were all included.

Summary: What a gem of a place. This is an "old school" family resort and we loved it. We only stayed a day as we were just traveling through, but we are planning on coming back again soon. This is not a big, glitzy venue but instead a family-friendly, homey place to stay. Our bathroom was big and well appointed, two king beds with a view of the lake. What more could you ask for? The continental breakfast is just that - very simple. But they had fruit, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs and mini bagels.

Summary: False advertising in breakfast included. We were charged for breakfast that we received vouchers for. There was a resort fee charged daily with no access to any resort items. We were charged for a restaurant bill the we did not charge. I would never stay there again.
